I have lost exactly 1 kg! Yay! and of course it's also that time and I feel so bloated so hopefully I have actually lost more lol but I must go by what mr nasty scales say! I may get a nice surprise next week!!
- It's been so hot today, I just don't feel very hungry , which is a good thing,....soooo today went like this...
- Breakfast yoghurt and hot apple
- Crackers for snack
- Lunch coleslaw and chicken salad
- Crackers
- Cauliflower base with mozzarella! Omg to die for
- Pepsi max
Soo look up Pinterest under cohens diet and all these amazing receipies are on it!
1 kg down !!5 to go!
