Day 4!
Feel a little weak and tired today but did a lot of physical work at my job, so I really notice that!
Well today we had a work lunch which was like OMG !!! So I did my best and choose
Steam Veges and chicken, it wasn't weighed so who knows but I ate it all but I was starving a few hours later so it can't of been too bad lol
Well I feel empty like all the time, but I'm walking around wondering if I'm smaller lol I think after two weeks I will notice a difference in clothes. The last time I did it I fitted a pair of pants I hadn't in years only after two weeks, not fit fit but could do it up so I'm hoping for something like that !
So if you have a apple peeled and cut into quaters then put in a bowl and pour diet coke or Pepsi over it and microwave for 5 minutes it's soooo good!! In the morning I do that with the yoghurt :)))

Ok I'm starving and have one fruit left so it will be the above happening!!
