Day 2!
So I totally managed the whole of yesterday without any hickups! I wish I knew how to make this blog colourful , but really it's amazing I actually found out how to start one so baby steps really!

Today I woke up and was a bit tired, I start quite early at work and what makes it worse is I work for a chocolate company ! Haha so temptation at every spot at work!!
I Made these today........

Breaks
One poached egg
75 g mushrooms cooked in the non stick fry pan
Black coffee (still hideous but I'm sure I'll stick it out )

Snacks were salada crackers and a apricot

Lunch was salad and chicken again (nice and easy it probably will hate it by next week)

Dinner!!
Well I made something amazing!!
I followed another cohens blog and she put your allowance of cauliflower into the whizz and boom! I also put a few Veges in to make it to my allowance, and then stir fried it and had chicken Tenderloins on top!! Omg so yum, even my husband enjoyed it, he just had a mega sized version. Maybe he'll loose weight on this!?

For snack I'll have a apple cooked :)
Day 2 complete! Well one more 750 ml of water to go before bed, man ! I am getting up every two hours for the toilet!!



I'm sure I'm like wayyyy lighter! Apparently day 3 is when u start actually burning fat cow you have no more carbs and sugar in your body left" but u can feel a lil tired by day 3 so fingers crossed I rock!!!
