So today is the day!
I have done cohens before, and lost 12 kg s very easily, I never got down to my lowest weight of 58kg, so I'm reaching my 40 th birthday in May and have decided to give it another go and do it properly to the end! I got to 62.25 which felt fine, but I brought a pair of amazing jeans that day of weigh in and a size too small thinking I would fit once I was at my lowest, they are sitting in my cupboard still waiting for this day! I have till may 10 to reach my goal and fit those damn jeans!!!
SO!
Weight : 64.2
I want to weigh weekly as I become too obsessed if I do it daily and get upset if it goes up slightly due to fluids etc. one thing I noticed on cohens last time is that the weight goes down heaps one week and then a little next and so on.
So today went like this!
Breakfast
Peeled Apple microwaved for 5mins and halved
175g natural yoghurt.
Black coffee (yukkkk!!) but I can do this!
Snack
4 salada crackers
1 bottle of water
Lunch
Salad and chicken sliced
Snack
Apricot
Water
Dinner
Diced up mushroom and cachet and onion made into patties
110g sliced chicken popped on top.
And man am I hungry !!!!!! I have no other things to eat now and it's 6 pm, Eeek! 4 hours left of trying not to see my husband eating snacks lol.
Pants pants! Think of the pants!!!!
