Day 6
Started off awesome! Egg and mushroom and a blk coffee, (getting used to those) no I'm not they suck,.
We had a trip over to a friends new house in the middle of now where, so I brought my snacks etc and when we got there she had made fresh scones and some sort of yummy iced juice thing!
She sat us down and everyone was like yum! I felt so rude not to even try and I spotted a very small scone.
Yep so I ate it! And some juice! It was really good! 😳.
BUT!!!!!!
When we got home I didn't have any lunch , which is bad as you are suppose to have protein, but that scone blew everything I should know, so I had no crackers etc either, about 8 pm I had some chicken and some Veges.
Who know what the scone did, I went for a 30 min full out run too and then a big walk to the river with the dogs and we went swimming, so hopefully I sort of made up for it somewhere !???
Gosh weigh in day tomorrow. One week on it.
I feel huge, but it's the time of the month any day, so my tummy usually is feeling like a big ball.
I'm not sure if anyone else feels like this, but if I don't like what's on the scales I get all rah rah what a waste and then can be grumpy for a hour and almost want to eat bad stuff.
But!! I know the first time I was on cohens by the end of the second week I felt so great and my pants literally were looser! So I have to make it.
Hurdles this coming week......
Two day meeting at work ( I work as a rep for a chocolate company!!) which is taste testing and all round bad eating day. They have pizza for lunch and bowls of lollies all day in front of us!! But I can do it!!!!!!!!!!
The next week I am driving to Dunedin for a three day trip for work,which is the home of our chocolate factory!! Where there is the evil coffee shop with yummy yummy things!!!! I'll be all by myself there and can get whatever I want lol. The fat fairy is testing me and I shall disappoint her!!
Ok good times today! The sun is shining and I am having my yoghurt and apple in the sund 🌞
